Valium is a prescription drug originally use for relief of anxiety. It is a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act (1971). Valium is traceable in urine for up to 7 days. Also used in accommodation with endoscopic procedures, skeletal muscle spasm associated with local pathology, cerebral palsy, stiff-man syndrome, tetanus, status epilepticus and severe recurrent convulsive seizures.
