I knew it all in a few days. Well maybe moments. Here there was so much to do. Or shall I say not to do. Language is a barrier when it comes to when one really does not have to speak. In any case, it was the other day, I found the answer. I discovered true beauty indeed. It was Logos. I cannot explain it in words for the truth remains in images in my cerebrum. Language would be depreciating to the magnificence of Logos’ beauty. Sibil was in tears, in bliss. So were many others. I knew I could cry, if I wanted to but I chose to be simply awed. Those beauties manifested why this world was in intense love and where did all this knowledge come from. It was Logos and I knew it all along.

Waterworld was created near the ending of the Cold War. It was created by my generation to protect the family’s heir, myself. It worked as a neutral territory and held no naval bases or any other countries’ military prowess. The civilization therefore faced no war and peril. Utopia is the first society which will hold free-market capitalism in its own way; the main reason because Hong Kong stood to be such a failure. Waterworld’s theory which I will state, "He who governs least, governs best." Our constitution will assure that Waterworld is able to prosper, without the burden of a legislative quagmire, which is the main reason for the decline of many of the democratic countries of the world. However there are obvious certain rules and regulations and punishments which are in consideration and has to be imputed in order to hold command and prosperity.

Law enforcements are the only individuals who are allowed to carry weapons and they hold one of the highest authorities amongst the public. They are highly trained in the military, naval, and the airborne. They are the only line of defense. The enforcers are called Knights. They uphold peace prosperity and respect for individualism.

Children are to be under the parents’ rule until they are able to find a job of their own. The children are very well protected because Waterworld holds the belief that children are the future. Children are allowed to be disciplined by their parents and teachers. In the case of the elderly they are very well treated. However the elderly only live until the age of 85. There are no graveyards and the bodies are used as a source of energy besides the hydraulic generator. The elders do receive benefits as some other people try to fend for themselves. The only drawback is there are no health clinics or homeless clinics and shelters. Shelters are only for a few days in case of an emergency.

The populations are withheld from migrating so the habitat can avoid contact with other cultures and diseases. A small amount of public immigration or visiting visa is awarded. The population is genetically altered to only live until the age of 85. The ratio of female to male has always been constant (3:1). We are deeply relieved there has never been a revolution or civil deviancy.
