Leila had nicknames for everyone. She called Elizabeth “Sparrow” and he husband Ted “Falcon”. But now she was dead. One night both Leila and Ted were drunk at a party and they left angry at each other. Elizabeth was on the phone with Leila trying to calm her down and heard Leila scream, “You’re not a Falcon”. Then Ted supposedly went back to their apartment and threw her off the balcony. Elizabeth has to testify against him in court. Ted claims that he was drunk and he blacked out. Craig, the vice president of Ted’s million-dollar company, lied and told Ted that he saw him that night and that he was all shook up and trying to get a cab.

After Elizabeth got home from Venice, she arrived at her New York apartment to find a letter from her friend Sammy, who works in the Cypress Point Spa. She had

She was a millionaire that had a secret recorder in her pin that she recorded everyone’s conversations with. When she was in the hospital, Elizabeth searched her room for the tapes and listened to them. She listened to one of them and it was with Craig and Mrs. Meehan. She was asking him if he could imitate Ted’s voice like she heard about in the magazines and this annoyed Craig. He realized that she was catching on to his plans so he had to try and kill her from ruining him.

Meanwhile Elizabeth went out for another midnight swim like she always did. But tonight she knew that Craig was going to try and kill her and she wanted him to be caught. Near by Ted and Scott realized that it was Craig all along that was doing this because he wanted to take over Ted’s company when he went to jail. So they found a letter written from Elizabeth because she wasn’t in her bungalow. They quickly ran to the pool and found Elizabeth and Craig wrestling. When it was over Craig was discovered to be the one who actually killed Leila.
