Work Place Stress

It seems as though in everyday life we encounter stress. The stresses that are encountered daily are most likely the result of our jobs. According to the article Employer-sponsored Programs Try to Keep Workplace Stress in Check, by J. In the article Job Stress Can Prompt Unethical Behavior, by E. In today’s market, companies cannot take chances with unethical behavior due incidents like Enron. If you are under pressure, commit an unethical activity, and happen to get away with it, you will still be suffering stress from guilt. This is a significant problem that will not go away until top managers realize that they need to change their management styles.

Stress occurs often in the work place. Technology has increased stress factors because we are constantly available. Technology has also been said to lead to physical body stres
