Choosing an organisational structure is an important and immense task. There are countless factors such as the external environment, the current organisational arrangement, to the company’s strategy to consider. This report aims to identify what the potential issues concerning structural design are and taking into account the organisation presented, makes a recommendation that, in the opinion of the author, best suits the company.
The business environment is constantly undergoing change and development, especially as the world moves toward a more global perspective. So to must organisations adapt to the shifting conditions. In response to this and other factors, this report aims to identify what important issues should be identified when taking into account an organisation’s structure. In addition to this, this work intends to present a number of organisational structures that may be relevant to the company offered. The recommendations to the senior management, presented by this author, and are based upon the given knowledge of the organisation and factors presented.
