As a drummer myself I can’t stop drumming. Everywhere I go I'm always tapping on something making some kind of beat. The only way to learn how to play is to practice, practice, and practice. You’ve probably heard that so many times your life but if you didn’t take them seriously, take me seriously now. It will be worth it. I can’t explain to you on how much fun it is playing drums. The most fun you’ll have is when your up on a stage in front of your friends and family playing your heart out. For once you’ll be the center of attention when everybody is listening to you. The days you don’t have gigs you practice. I like to refer to it as “Jamin out”. “Jamin out” with your band mates can be a blast. You get to learn new songs and even make music of your own. That’s what being in a band is all about.
