Working at McDonald's as a crew for the past year and a half I have accomplished a lot as an individual. I feel that while working I have learned and gained many new skills and knowledge in the food service and hospitality industry. I have learned many skills such as communication, customer service, time management and most of all how to work as part of a team member. After taking everything into consideration, I wish to be considered for a position as a Crew Trainer and train our new crew for the store as I was trained one day. I feel that I am ready for this position because I am reliable, independent, honest, and very responsible. I am dedicated to providing customers great levels of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Value. I am committed to my job and the crew that I work with because I know that a diverse team of well-trained individuals, working together is the key to success. I also approach all aspects of my job with honesty and integrity. I am always at work on time, well dressed, and ready to work. I take full responsibility for all my actions, I have never missed any of my shifts without notice and I am always ready to help out at the store when I am needed. Now, if I don't get this position I will work with great passion and take full responsibility for enhancing and protecting my job, crew and the McDonald's environment. I will keep trying to reach my goals will always strive to achieve new heights.
