Therefore it is very important for parents to keep track of what kinds of programs and how much time their children spend in front of an operating TV set. One of the most significant suggestions for parents how they can limit violent effects on their children is to modify their viewing. By reducing their television viewing from one to two hours a day, parents can significantly reduce their aggressive behavior.
