Not only does coffee contain this drug caffeine, but so do many other drinks you consume. Examples of beverages in which you are consuming caffeine and are not aware of, according to the chart include black tea, green tea, jolt cola, mountain dew, surge, coca-cola classic, Pepsi and more. Did you ever think caffeine could be a bad thing? Did you ever think about the affects caffeine has on your body?

People should try to stay away from consuming caffeine, by beginning to read product labels, and attempting to stay away from high caffeine products. Before its get too late, every individual should read product labels, and attempt to stay away from as much caffeine as possible.
