Literature although a very small word has a very profound meaning to it, which may even vary from person to person. Some say it is writing that gives order to human experiences where as some say it is a work which demands and emotional response. Some believe it explores the values a culture shares yet some think it is a collection of stories and advocate ideas. No matter what anyone thinks but everyone agrees that it should be enjoyable. Furthermore, one should also remember that the degree of enjoyment also varies from person to person. So in this world of all these different opinions what is literary enjoyment for me? My experience with literature although is not much but as per my requirements it is adequate.

So in conclusion, I would say literature for me is short stories, plays or poems that could be written or virtual. They came be romantic, comedy, historical or space fiction. But most of all they should be simple and enjoyable. I know that my definition of literature might not be enough but for me it is very sufficient.
Next, I want to write about the type of literary work I like. I like reading short stories and poems. I am not a big fan of big novels. I don’t have nor do I like spending hours reading pages and pages of how the sky is changing colors or the shape of the clouds. I also don’t like to read stuff that is quiet wordy.
