Effects on Kids When Both Parents Are Employed.
Children who spend a lot of time alone or with other siblings are most likely to have some sort of emotion problems or hatred towards their parents. The problem is the parents are either working or doing something else to make money. Working parents also expect a considerable amount of respect from their kids because they could demonstrate worthy characteristics of social compatibility, maturity, intelligence, and responsibility. Children acquire their goals, and values based on the way that they view their parents, from the quality and amount of care, love and guidance given to them by parents.
Children usually receive a lot of attention when littler because they need a lot of care and love. Most of the time after children are born parents usually go back to their job. A child who observes the abilities of a working parent learns how to cope with life's problems. This may also be called an improved sense of self-reliance and independence for the child as well as an improvement in the ability to be socially compatible. Working parents tend to also neglect their child in a social point of view. The parent(s) might be too busy after working they just go clean the house or they don't ask their child how their day was or talk to them. Parents that work also determine what path a child will take. A daughter might have the responsibility to have to take care of a younger sibling. A teenage boy may turn for the bad side, doing drugs and having emotional and social problems with other peers and family members.
Emotional problems play a big part in child's life. A child may not have a sibling to spend quality time with or talk about their feelings too. The parent(s) be gone to work all the time may make a child feel like they did something wrong to make their mom/dad be gone all the time, or loneliness. When parents(s) go to work young they are basically teaching the child that it's alright to leave a baby or toddler home with a babysitter.
