Designated at the post of Director of Marketing Affairs, I am acutely aware of my tasks and responsibilities. It has always been my aim to give my optimum performance and achieve the tasks assigned to me in a competent manner. I am also conscious of my role as the leader of the marketing team. I have always ascertained that all members of my team work with cooperation and we achieve our goals efficiently as a committed team. He passes wrong information to other members of the team whenever I speak to him about some official matter in order to create doubts and mistrust among team members. He has been trying to develop in other members of the team the impression that I am unduly taking advantage of my position by treating all of them as subordinates and undermining their worth and participation in the team. To a certain extent he has been able to win the sympathies of some of the team members and they have also started showing signs of improper attitude.

A workplace environment is one where many individuals bearing different dispositions, coming from various backgrounds, having diverse experiences and possessing distinctive skills assemble at one place and work together towards achieving the objectives of the organization. Sometimes there arises a problem when any one individual is incapable to overcome his personal differences and arrive at a point where he can easily communicate with others and work with them. When even one individual is unable to work on the same wavelength with others, due to any reason, the whole team suffers and the performance of the team is affected considerably.
