Romeo and Juliet

Romeo and Juliet were destroyed by their Households and Friar Lawrence. The Friar does not realise that he was not helping them due to their family’s hatred. The families are always fighting like at the start at the gas station. Friar Lawrence meddling was also to blame even though he thinks that he was helping them. Romeo and Juliet also had some fault because they stayed together when their families are fighting.

Romeo and Juliet families are always fighting. If they could live in peace then Romeo and Juliet could stay together. One example of the hostilities between the families is the fight at the gas station that Tybalt starts and he tells about how he hates Montague’s. ”Peace I hate the word. As I hate hell, all Montague’s and thee”. The hatred could have finished at Verona beach when Romeo said, “Tybalt the reason I have to love thee doth much not excuse the appertaining rage to such a greeting. Villain am I none. Therefore farewell, I see thou knowest me not”. But Tybalt doesn’t accept. “This shall not excuse the injuries that thou hast done me, Therefore turn and draw”.
