New Places New Friends
Friendships are a very hard thing to classify as. There are guy friendships and also girls friendships. They are very different and yet very similar. The way that even each person acts as they group up can make the relationship change dramatically. Sometimes when children are friends they often mature and decide that the individual that the child was once associated with may not be the best person to be with. Friendships and relationships grow along with the people. When I was of five years old, I lived in Dodge City. It was a very busy neighborhood that I lived in. Lots of kids my age and some of the older persuasion. They all of some kind of affect on me, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Sunnyside School was the School of choosing for my parents. The teachers where nice, good kids and an excellent educational system; but for the first time I was scared. Not because of homework, of the new buildings, but that I had to meet all new people. Due to the fact that I was only five, everything worked out just fine. Actually the relationships that kids hold can be more pure than that of adults. I spent most of my first year alone. Everyone in my class was already starting to mature and some people just don’t like change. But that all changed. I soon found new friends that would last to this very day. I met a very awesome kid named James Maxwell. He was seven years my elder but that didn’t really seem to matter. He was a man of God and always tried to do his best. People around him would always be cheered up by the fact that he was always in a good mood. This was a drastic move for my entire family. But it was what needed to happen at that juncture in our lives. I have been living in Sublette since halfway though eighth grade and it has been completely different living here. People are almost more accepting here than anywhere I have ever lived. Girls and guys are cooperative equally, there are not fights everyday,
