the things that they feel should be a part of who they are. However in some cases

character does come from the way you were brought up as a child, character also

comes from the life experiences you have had to go through. Character is not

what you are known for, character is who you have learned and chosen to be as

you have gained and learned from life experiences. Good character is the most

important quality needed to achieve success.

After a survey was given to many employers from many different cities

nation wide a trend was noticed, a trend that showed the character of a person

was more important to employers than good academic knowledge. The majority

of employers said they would rather have an employee that had a good sense of

life skills than one who was academically smart and had no life skills. These

characteristics were most importantly honesty, willingness to cooperate with

others, the ability and eagerness to follow directions, a positive attitude and

punctuality. These were the top five qualities almost every e

our desks with out getting up and find all the information and more we could

rewarding. Life is tough, and the best way to deal with it is be kind to everyone
