Smoking have affected and even killed millions and millions of people worldwide. And yet most of them still inhale tobacco smoke every day, because the nicotine contained in the cigarettes addicts them.

Many Nicotine lovers in the world have now aware of its negative side. But unfortunately they cannot free themselves from its poisonous effects. When facing this kind of smokers, we often ask ourselves, why?

Many smokers had thought that smoking gives them energy, it refreshes their mind, and therefore they will be able to concentrate on their work better than the others.

In actual fact, smoking does the exact opposite. Nicotine in tobacco smoke is extremely addictive. At their first inhalation, nicotine acts as a guest of the brain; it works on the brain cells slowly and slyly.
