The MiG series has been manufactured from 1939 till present date. MiG stands for Mikoyan Gurevich. The secondary manufacturer for the MiG series is Saratov Aircraft Manufacture. The old MiG series has participated during the Korean War. The Korean War was between North and South Korea, North Korea being a communist country. There are different series of the MiG’s overall strength in air combat. I will be focusing on the MiG 15, MiG 29 and the MiG 31 of their overall condition.
