We had finally made it to copper canyon, where my family and many of our friends were going to spend the afternoon lounging lazily in the crystal clear water. As I jumped in I instantly felt refreshing rush of the cold water on my body. We floated in the cool waters of lake Havasu for an hour when I noticed someone climbing the side of the canyon. I instantly turned my attention to this kid that had begun to climb the canyon wall. He climbed higher and higher never stopping. Finally after about two minutes of looking for niches in the canyon walls for places to hold on he had reached the summit of the rock. He stood there for many minutes trying to reach a decision on whether or not to go through with jumping off the 65 foot ledge.
