Location has a lot to do with if a civilization will last or not. Courta Rica was located on two rivers, the Tigris and Euphrates. The two rivers would often flood. Courta Ricans built dikes and irrigation systems to control and hold back the water. The water would be stored in an underground tank that would be pumped when it was needed to water crops. They weren’t traders because they weren’t located near much oceans or seas to trade with other civilizat

The government was also an important part of the Courta Rican civilization. Courta Rica had a government which was a hierarchy. The royal family were the Kennedys. In this government, the Kennedy’s were in the highest class accompanied by important priest. They owned all the land in Courta Rica, made all the decisions, and bluntly had all the power and wealth possibly.

For public works, the civilization had a gigantic wall that surrounded Courta Rica so no enemies would invade. They had a very detailed irrigation system. When the river would flood, they took that water and saved in it an underground tank. When that water was needed they pumped it out of the tank and gave it to the crops. They built many bridges across the Euphrates and Tigris rivers so they could easily get to one side to the other. Public works was an important part of the Courta Rican civilization.

All the topics mentioned were a significant to this civilization. Without one, there wouldn’t be another. They made Courta Rica a well developed civilization and made it last for 1240 years.
