Motivating Strategy of Happy Life Cosmeutic Co. ltd

Happy Life Cosemetic Corporation the third biggest Cosmetic Corporation in China. .It was founded in 1992 as a small cosmetic store in JinZhou city, Liaoning province. But now it has 1,500 employees and 85 franchisees store distribute throughout Liaoning province today.Its headquarters located in Shanghai and has its own cosmetic manufacture factory over there.I worked as assistant manager in Jinzhou Branch store for two monthes before i came U.S.A. I talked to my friends who is working in the company in order to know more information at last weeked.

Does the company Identify Important Incentives:

The cosmetic company has done a successful job of identifying what thier employee's want. It has created a wonderful work environment for all employees who desired to be challenged and have the opportunity to get continual personal growth and development. Finacially the company offers 1,200 Yuan basic salary that is above average salary in China (about 800 Yuan) to each employee . Most employees will get around 2,000 Yuan income after plus the bonus that depend on different work performance per month. In all department, the company offers incentives, such as five percent discount when employee buy any products in the company, fresh


Each employee is given performance exceptions that are realistic and attainable. Depending on the sales report at last year, the company will give employees reasonable task to them after communicating with them at begginning each season. As i metioned in step one, company give performance review to each employee at the end of each month. The purpose is to see where the employees stands on their goals. If they are not on the target, the manager will discuss with them what is the reason and what should do to get back on the tack. At the end of the fiscal year, most employee can meet their goals except of those were kicked out of the company. That is why the company develop so fast. Employees who met their goals will get at least 2000 Yuan reward.

He visit each branch store at least one time each month to talk to employees and customers. At a closer level, the store manager who i used to work for her, she has been worked in the company around ten years. She communicate with employees often to help them sovle the problem about the work even the personal problems. She is skillful and knowledgebale even she just graduated from high school.
