Once my business plan is complete, I will be recruiting Investment Managers. Investment Managers are employees that will invest money, but will also bring an expertise to the firm. To be able to invest, the investor must be a skilled professional in the business world such as a: Sales Manager, Recruiting Manger or Public Relations person etc. The investors will invest in a department that they will have control over. They will not just invest money, they will also be required to invest time and effort. The top managers in the company will also be part business owners. The Investment Managers will be investing in themselves and not just the company.

The last stage I plan to get experienced staff to work the accounts. The new employees will have to go through series of tests. Once they past the tests, they will be required to have three possible interviews. I think it is very important to really know whom you are hiring; I had to learn that the hard way.
