“What’s the rush?” I ask so many of my friends, “You have the rest of your life.” I am finding it more and more common for teens in today’s society becoming sexually active. For some, its because they are in love, but how can they really know what love is when they are so young? Now I’m not saying teenagers can’t possibly know what love is, because there is a few that do. For the most part, especially with girls, they tend to exaggerate their feelings to where they think they are in love. And what’s the most common thing that happens when one is “in love”? Well I’ll tell you, they run up stairs and jump in the old bed, or sometimes the car.

This has always been a touchy subject for me to talk about, mainly because I feel so strong about my opinion. The bible says we should not have sex before we are married, and I think that is a great idea. If two people are engaged, and since they love each other enough to get married, then they should love each other enough to respect the bible, and respect themselves, by waiting until they are married.
