Pearl Harbor

The attack of our lifes December 7,1941 Pearl Harbor. The death of it all.

The surprise was complete. The attacking planes came in two waves the first hit at 7:53 A.M. and the second at 8:55 A.M. By 9:55 it was all over. By 1:00 P.M. teh carries that luanched the planes from 274 miles off the coast of Oahu were heading back to Japan.

Sence General Locker had staied after the quiting time he would have never known that the japanese were coming he was the one who could have made a differance. When he was sittin in the Sensor Sation Doin his job he got a Sensor and it was of Planes so he called the Commadar and the Commadar said that they were expecting people to come in and give them resources. Only if the Commadar would have known that it wasnt the resources that it was the Japanese then this would have never went to happen.

The Japanese Had many plans and here is some that the Japanese had followed through with. They came in Oahu with 2 waves of fighter planes coming in at the south, southwest, and the north which would confuse the Americans and wouldnt know what to do with the firearm or any thing to use to shot down the planes.

After this attack the Americans knewn that there was another set of fighter planes coming so they got ready to defeat the Japanese. They got all the guns that they could find and all the guys that were still alive from the shoting before they got all together and picked who did what for who and got to work planning how to get out of this with it being fair.

They wanted to show the world that if they catch America offguard then they could win the war and then they would be defeated and Japan wanted to show for in the war to show that they were stronger then America.

During this time of the Japanese bombing the United States all the people in the United States with Japanese Desent were blamed for letting the Japanese taking the threat seriously by letting bomb the Untied States that was a very bad move for America because not all people are thinking the same as people in their homeland. America promised never to do that again and it wont.

After the bombing the President, Franklin Rosevelt had found out that Britian had also gotten attacked by the Japanese. The bombing in Britian took place in British colonies in southeast Asia and that Britian would declare war the next day.
