The Obama Fear Factor

Democrats would have us believe that many people will not vote for Barack Obama because they are afraid. The implication is that those same people fear a black president and most would never vote for him, simply because he is black.

The 'fear factor' has been bandied about on the Sunday morning talk shows since Obama announced he was running for president. The host never questions the validity of the fear. In fact, the host and guests alike treat the subject as though it were fact. They automatically assume the fear is race based. There are no questions about it. Needless to say, the commentators and hosts are simply not doing their job. Why delve deeper or question the source of the fear when fear of a black president suits the party so well?

The 'race card' has been played so long and so well that most white voters now think it's a joke. Does anyone remember the Jesse Jackson-Al Sharpton march when the white Duke Lacrosse players were accused of rape? They were outraged. Throngs joined them in their march, with daily demonstrations. The values of Barack Obama are questionable when he supports sex education for 5 year olds in kindergarten. Before you say that it was only because it would teach children about sexual predators, look at the facts. It was a bill that Obama voted for. The syllabus is readily available to read and includes such teachings as 'it feels good to touch our bodies' and describes what masturbation is. The vast majority do not want their 5-year-old to know this stuff...yet.

For those who think Americans wouldn't vote for a black person, you are in serious denial. This country is 40 years beyond Selma. The 'fear factor' in voting for Obama is his extreme liberal view, inexperience and lack of good judgement.
