Objectives are statement of specific results that are to be accomplished All businesses have targets. These objectives are regularly diverse for different organizations. (Jimmy Riley, 2012).
             Goal.
             The reason to which an endeavor is directed. For successful goal setting, you have to accomplish more than simply choose what you need to do; you likewise need to work at finishing whatever goal you have set for yourself. An observable and measurable end having one or more targets to be attained inside a more altered time allotment. (Jimmy Riley, 2012).
