An Introduction to the Christian Faith

To start off talking about in my opinion the most important thing in my life, I would like to thanks God for saving my life and changing it, he deserves all the Glory and praise. Leaving this clear I think it is rather clear and evident that I believe in Jesus and God. God is to me so much more real than anything else in this world. He is the alpha and omega, the beginning and end. God has always existed and I on the other hand have only been in this world for so many years. I strictly believe the Bible is God's word and I believe that the Bible was left so that we can come to know God's promises and his rules but I believe God's word is most importantly an instrument we can use to know who God truly is. God is not supposed to be something mystical, yes he is a super being but I believe that he is a God that wants to be praised at every moment, when we see love, friendship, nature we are experimenting God's creation and thus we are seeing and experimenting God. God is love and love is God, wherever and let me restate that wherever we see love God is present. My God is a God of love, mercy, righteousness, he is a faithful, awesome, compassionate, full of light, truthful, loyal, and above all he is perfect in his love. God is in my opinion the only hope we have in this world of living a life with purpose and the only one who can save us the day our lives end and we die. I believe in God since I was a little child because I was born in a protestant church. In this church I learned a lot about who God was but I did not know him, I had never experienced his power or presence in the first 16 years of my life. At age 17 I decided to tart visiting another church where the youth were known t be connected with the power of the Holy Spirit and I immediately started feeling the power and holiness of God over my life. The Holy Spirit had begun to work in my heart. I didn't fight what I was feeling in any moment because it was definitely the best feeling I had ever felt at the time, I could feel how the Holy Spirit embraced me and started ministering my heart and life, I could feel his power, presence, and love.
