Cesare Beccaria was born on March 15th, 1738. He was born into a aristocratic family in Milan Italy. Beccaria went to a Jesuit school and received most of his education from this institute. During his early twenties Beaccaria was befriended by two brothers by the names of Alessandro and Pietro Verri, The two brothers had formed a brotherhood, which was known as the Academy of the fist.
