Life constantly changes whether we like it or not. Most of the time we are unprepared; so when a bad change comes our way we fall into a state of shock and disbelief and we tend to see only the negative side of our situations. It is therefore very important that we learn to adapt to these changes. This quality not only enables us to function as normally as possible in different situations, but it also helps us to be a happier person, and to stimulate personal growth.
