My three week improvement project really opened my eyes. There were two aspects that I wanted to improve or make better. Those two aspects were: what I ate, and exercise. I found, at times, it was hard to keep up with my goals, but in the end I did succeed. I think that this was a very good idea, because now I know what I have to change or alter to live better.
