            How do you feel about the practice of buddhism and how they worship their god? The way that they worship shows dedication, and many other things. So, what is religion and how they worship their god? To understand Buddhism it is important to understand the history, the beginnings, the common misconceptions, and the present day trends. .
             There are 5 different types versions of buddha; Vairocana; a celestial buddha who is often interpreted as the bliss body of the historical Buddha (Siddhartha Gautama). .
             Akshobhya; a product of the Adibuddha, who represents consciousness as an aspect of reality. .
             Ratnasambhava; Ratnasambhava's mandalas and mantras focus on developing equanimity and equality. Amoghasiddhi; associated with the accomplishment of the Buddhist path and of the destruction of the poison of envy.
             Buddhism was formed in 520 BCE in northern India. The founder of buddhism was Siddhartha Gautama, or as you may know him, buddha. Bauddha Dharma (Buddhism) can be translated as "religion of the buddha" or "way of buddha". Buddhists are usually a group of monks, or the sangha. The first buddhist ruler was Ashoka, and he ruled from 269 - 232 BCE. He was the son of Bindusara and Maharani Dharma.He was mostly known as Ashoka the great. He embraced buddhism after he witnessed the mass deaths of the Kalinga War, which he himself had waged out of a desire for conquest.
             Practicing buddhists view buddha more like a teacher, and not as a god. Buddha was not a god, nor did he claim to be. Buddha did not care about "gods", he never did. There are 2 major branches of buddhism, Mahayana and Theravada. Buddhism is a non-theistic religion. That means that buddhists don't see buddha as a god. they see him more as a philosophy, or just a regular person. Buddha preferred people to refer to him as a normal person, not as a god. He did not think he deserved to be called a god. Now, despite what many people may think, Siddhartha Gautama was raised in a wealthy home setting.
