Since my early childhood I’ve always been a heavy set kind of guy. The only exercising I did was the one that was required by the sports I participated in high school. All that has changed because for the past couple of months one of my favorite things to do is to Work out at Time Out Health Spa. I’ve been going to lift weight and run ¾ of a mile for the past two month with a consistency that I would hardly believe my self possible.
