The United States is primarily split in half on agreeing or disagreeing with how George Bush has handled the events prior to the September 11th attacks. According to a Time/CNN poll, 57% of Americans felt that the U.N. Security Council should have the final say on the disarmament of Iraq as opposed to the U.S. President and Congress.
