Drugs should be kept out in the open where they belong. This may seem

radical but then again so am I. I say drugs should be out in the open

because that's the safest place for them. Currently the Senate is discussing

the "RAVE act" of 2003. The bill in theory is to prohibit an individual from

knowingly opening, maintaining, managing, controlling, renting, leasing,

making available for use, or profiting from any place for the purpose of

manufacturing, distributing, or using any controlled substance, and for other

purposes. It is an excellent idea, on paper.

Realistically this will do more harm than good. There is no denying

that there is the drug element at raves. Anyone who says otherwise
