The Media Looks Down on Raves
Drugs should be kept out in the open where they belong. This may seemradical but then again so am I. I say drugs should be out in the open because that's the safest place for them. Currently the Senate is discussing the "RAVE act" of 2003. The bill in theory is to prohibit an individual from knowingly opening, maintaining, managing, controlling, renting, leasing, making available for use, or profiting from any place for the purpose of manufacturing, distributing, or using any controlled substance, and for other purposes. It is an excellent idea, on paper. Realistically this will do more harm than good. There is no denying that there is the drug element at raves. Anyone who says otherwise
