Relationships are the hardest thing to work on. Most of the time the means is unmistakably no ones fault. A relationship is a lesson to be taught. A hard lesson, in that, someone always gets hurt. Unintentionally or not, failure is a part of a relationship. It could be minor and is fixing or a major which can not be irreversible.
One of the causes in a relationship failure is finding someone new. This is unintentional situation most parts. The new person gives you more attention then the one you are with. The new person is there for you when the other isn't. The other person is more open to your feelings and you enjoy being around that person more then you are with now. Then you fall in love with them and start to drift away from the person you were with before. Needless to say relationship failure is a part due to lack of friendship.
Without friendship in a relationship you have no openness. .
The next step would be a lack of communication. This could easily go also nicely with the above picture. You are not being honest with your partner or yourself, when you keep everything inside instead of opening up and letting him learn about you. When you built up emotions that were meant to be told to your partner, but instead you just keep it to yourself, you drift apart. When your partner comes home from a long days work and he tries to tell you about his day. Instead of listening, the information he tries to tell you goes in one ear and out the other. Then you start talking about something that happened to you that day and expect for him to listen. When you partner tries to tell you about his problems, instead of you being a solution, you add onto the problem by ridiculing everything he says.
Another reason few think of being a relationship failure is different views of religion. One person believes in Christ and their partner does not, can cause many controversies. One person believing one race is superior to the other doesn't help either like the religion of the Muslims.
