War in Iraq: Is it Necessary?

Should have the United States and its allies launch a military attack on Iraq? That's the issue being debated, not just between the United Nations and the U.S. Congress, but in living rooms and dorm rooms across America. It's a question with no easy answer.

Saddam Hussein has proven himself to be a ruthless tyrant. He either has weapons of mass destruction or will have them soon. Unless something major happens later or they discover something that they claim Hussein has, I don’t call this a war I call this a conflict. Was this war necessary or a waste of time?

ent Dick Cheney, have argued that Hussein is armed and dangerous but have yet to back it up with proof. Instead, the President and his advisors just want us to take their word for it. I want the government to be straight with me. Does the man have them or did the government just make it up so they could att
