My dream garden was created using computer graphics and also my artful intuition. I starte

d by listing all the things I would need for my garden to come to life. Each of the things I had to look up in the turf guide. I would select different companies for each subject. Each company had is specialty of gardening whether it be sprinklers or just plain old fertilizer. After completing my list and going over each company once again I looked online to find some sort of design. I searched for a program that would allow me to create my own garden. I wanted to be able to actually make my garden a virtual reality. After downloading the program I went to work placing structures, fountains, and statues in my garden. I used raised flower beds to give an enclosed environment, a sense of privacy. I also took the idea of lining everything with box hedges from the movie we had watched on Rome. Using the roman techniques I also used the idea of lining my walkways with trees and bushes. I noticed while using the program the different array of plants that it offers along with its flexibility of creating my own ponds. It allowed me to make my garden take shape not only in words or in my mind but visually as well.

Going over the things I would have to purchase for my garden I realized it would include sprinklers, fertilizers, plants, a plan for irrigation, ponds, cultivation tools, waste disposal, garden structures, architecture, statues, walls/fences, speakers, lighting, fountains, seeds, pest control, and finally filtration for the ponds. For each of these categories I had set at least 1 company to call for them.
