During my last year in high school people always asked me what I wanted to do

or major in college. I always told them business. I really knew nothing about it. I just

thought I would be a good business person working behind a desk in front of a computer.

I felt like I could be a good business type person from what I have seen on TV, but when

I actually started college I some how ended up majoring in Computer Information

Systems. I heard that when you major in business that meant you basically wanted to own

your own business, and I really did not want to have my own business. So I read the little

description on Computer Information Systems and just decided I was interested in it.

computing and information technology field. The graduate will acquire a strong

foundation in programming and database technology normally required for careers in the
