Patty is the strongest person I have ever met. As a child she developed diabetes, in her twenties she had a troubled pregnancy, in her thirties her kidneys failed and she had to have a kidney and pancreas transplant. Six months ago Patty was diagnosed with stomach cancer. She undergoes chemotherapy and she no longer has any hair but she still keeps a big smile on her face.
