The three tenors

In modern society, ¡°museum¡± plays an important role. From the observation of art works, People can get an idea how we developed, what we were doing at the past, and predict what will be in our future. However, the visitor¡¯s feeling after observation of museum can be different because we have all different social, cultural, and academic backgrounds. In my case, I felt the Louvre Museum which is located in France, Paris while I was traveling the Europe, and I believed that I have different feeling than others because of my unusual background as a Korean student who is majoring finance at United States. Throughout this paper, I would like to discuss my own feeling, and functional and cultural effects of the Louvre from my experience.

Historically, the Louvre Museum was the palace of the kings of France from 14 century to 1628, and changed to one of the three world¡¯s major museum for the last two centuries that has original painting of Monna Lisa. When I had been arrived the main gate of the Louvre, I was able to feel the grandeur of palace from the external appearance of the museum. The huge size, the gorgeous walls of renaissance style, brilliant big windows were enough to surprise all visitors including me. Also, insid


Actually, this multi-purpose venue was constructed with the purpose of the home of Buckeye basketball and hockey... as well as the site of concerts, family shows and touring productions. This beautiful building, designed very unique architecture form, has seats 17,500 for hockey, 19,500 for basketball & up to 21,000 for concerts, as well. Of course, they have very enough parking lots by using the space of Ohio State University. Now, look inside, I could feel that the interior design was so simple and bleak since they focused on more sport center although this was built for multi functional using. While I was walking the path, I could see pipe arrangement and the wall that was just made up concrete without any adding colorful design. Fortunately, however, they had very comfortable seats, facilities for handicap person, and the latest electric system.

I am going to briefly mention my concert experience, in Sep. 28, 2003; I participated in the concert at Jerome where I usually thought the building that just had sports game like basketball, ice hockey, and graduation ceremony. They already set up all facilities for the concert. They got stage on the floor, and they displayed bunch of speaker systems and electric amenities to support the voice of tenors. The concert
