To begin, Himmler was born in Munich, Germany. This event occurred on October 7, 1900. Himmler’s father was a teacher, whereas his mother stayed home. He was educated in a secondary school in Landshut. Himmler grew up as a slightly whimsical and eccentric chicken farmer. He briefly served as an officer cadet in the Eleventh Bavarian Regiment at the end of World War I.
