As the world steps forward in the 21st century, health becomes one of the most important priorities of everyone. World's skillful scientists and researchers look with indefatigable hard work to find cure for various diseases that human being are struggling with. They not only advise people to take a good care of their health, but also provide them with prevention medicine to reduce the risk of fatal diseases. With such general concern and diligence, consuming alcohol, which damages the brain and threatens human lives, is legal after certain age (if someone ever cares). Drinking has been a very popular problem in many countries, where people from various age, teenagers or elderly people drink frequently. In most cases, people who drink alcohol will tend to feel relax and enjoyable as it gives them pleasures. Unfortunately, they do not consider the side effects of consuming alcohol. For instance, heart diseases, lungs diseases and liver cancers will be the result of an excessive consumption of drinking alcohol. In 1933 the use of alcohol became legal, and the reason was that people tried to produce and import more alcohol then before. After the failure of that law, the government put some roles for using alcohol, which certainly is not enough. For example, drunk driving is forbidden under the law, but unfortunately, over twenty percent of all traffic fatalities in the United State each year are caused by drunk drivers.
