In general, alcohol is a risk for the society as a whole. It becomes each and every authorized system's responsibility to participate in fighting and finding solution for this nation wide problem. The government, parents, academic system and religious centers should look for new and more effective ways to reduce the consuming alcohol. So, every single one in the society should play his/ her role in making the environment safe by putting a limit for his/ her drinking.

Thus, drunk driving remains a serious national problem that tragically affects thousands of victims annually.
