The Trojan War was between the Trojans and the Greeks. Some believe there was no cause to the start of the war. There are many different stories of how is began but one that seems to be the most popular is Helen. They say she left Menelaus, her husband, and her daughter for a foreign seducer named Paris. Menelaus called upon all of Helens old suitors. They did not wish to go to war. Therefore the Greek ships set off to Troy for battle.
The Greeks had trouble finding Troy. They first landed in Mysia and prevailed against Telephus but suffered in the end. They came to a win but without Helen. The Greeks had no other choice but to turn around and go back home. Telephus came to Greece hoping for his wounds to be healed.
