If a country takes over another country, like America did with Puerto Rico, that’s a good thing. Puerto Rico has a say in some American politics, yet, they still have an independent government. They’re also left to their own way of life. Granted, there are American influences, but, there are American influences the world over. The main good aspect of imperialism, however, is helping the country out after the dominating nation defeated the others military forces.
