Statistics recently showed the drop of sales from the year 2000 to the year 2002, was only 13%. That states that people are still buying CD’s from artists they love. I recently bought a CD at the store and listened to it on the way home. When I got there, I called my friend and told her I bought it and she almost fell out of her chair because she was so excited I got it. I told her I would put the songs in my computer and she could download it from me so that she wouldn’t have to waste her money that she needed for gas.
