My personal goals

            I have many personal goals for the next nine weeks and the rest of the school year. This includes studying harder, better class participation and attending tutorial sessions when I need them.
             One of my personal goals for the next nine weeks and the rest of year is to study a little harder for my math tests. I usually study for my math tests the night before the exam. What I should be doing is studying for the exam every night after I get new notes from the previous day. Maybe if I do this I won't have to cram for the exam and the test would be more recognizable and easier for me. As I look at my grades from the second nine weeks I see that they have dropped tremendously. .
             For example, during the first nine weeks, I was receiving one hundreds and one hundred and tens. It seemed as if math came naturally to me. I think that m grades really dropped this term because I thought since I got an A in math first term I didn't have to study as hard second term. This back fired when I started receiving F's on my math exams.
             Another one of my personal goals for the next nine weeks and the rest of the year is having better class participation. I understand that having better class participation will improve my concept on what I"m trying to learn. I also understand that I can get better input from my classmates as well as my teacher if I improve my class participation.
             My last personal goal for the next nine weeks and the rest of the school year is to attend tutorial session when I need it. Sometimes when I don't understand what I was taught in math studies I don't take the time to ask someone how to do it or even attend the tutorial sessions they have at school. Sometime I don't even take the time to ask my teacher and I know for sure that she is willing to help me. That's one of the major things I need to improve to make my grades better. .
             To ensure that my closest friends be successful, I will make sure they understand the lesson in math studies or help them study for tests if I have the lesson down pact.
