In 1964, Malcolm X founded an organization call "The Muslim Mosque, Inc. His goals in this organization were to have a base religion of Islam, and have a political, social and economic philosophy of Black Nationalism. He believed that the religion should be Islam to design the moral reformations necessary to up the level of the so-called Negro community by eliminating other religions and other evils that destroy the morals of the community.

Malcolm X believed that anyone with a drop of black blood was black and that they were stronger then the white. He dreamed that one day their people would be able to be free from the bondage of prejudice and racism, in which

A lot of racism still exists today. Although not in law but in the individual. By law black people have all the same rights as do white people but that doesn't mean that one doesn't hire the other because of there skin color.

I think as years go on racism has become less and less. I think the problem with people is that they think that if you're a certain color then you act a certain way. They have a critique for certain races. The more and more diversity of race you interact with the more tolerance and acceptance you have towards them. We can all learn a great deal from one another and I'm proof of it.

Coming from a small town where you can count on one hand how many black people live in it I have personally witnessed racism. When I was in seventh grade a black family moved to my town. Being from an area where everyone is considered a "redneck" I immediately felt bad for this family. For rednecks have been known to be the biggest racists out there. As a child I was never taught that black people were inferior, I never remember hearing the word "nigger" and I remember having several black women as my nanny. They even lived in my house.
