“Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius -- and a lot of courage -- to move in the opposite direction.” This quote was spoken by a very famous physicist by the name of Albert Einstein. I think this brings up an excellent point. What does being intelligent entail? Does it involve saying big words and memorizing the dictionary. Or does it involve doing things methodically, without excess thoughts, words, or actions. I think the being simple is the key to being intelligent, anyone can use big words and intimidate people with facts, it takes a truly intelligent person to make wise decisions and to be able to fully function in society.
