I don't know what white knuckles could cause other than a very sore hand, carpel tunnel at worst. The real seriousnes sof the issue is what caused the white knuckles in the first place. Welcome to the real heart of the matter. To get rid of white knuckles turn them into helping hands. Fill your life with passion. Fill your life with Christ. Change your anger to love for those who anger you. IT's not an overnight process. Paul didn't go from the guy who " was sill breathing out murderous threats against the Lord's disciples" (Acts 8) into Paul who's motto was "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called into peace. And be thankful." (Col. 3) overnight. But if Paul could do it, I promise you can too. After all, you too can do all things through Christ who gives you strength, even cure white kncukles.

I know that seemed longer than brief but bear with me; Paul liked to talk, as do I. And there's a lot to be swallowed in that. He was beaten eight times, that's painful just to think about. He's shared it with you, whether you realize it or not. In Philippians 4:13 Paul wrote, "I can do everything through him who gives me strength." Paul wasn't being facetious, he wasn't trying to imply anything he wanted to do in the world he could just snap his fingers and accomplish. He was saying that he could get through the things he had to get through, without losing passion, without getting white knuckles.
