The Constitution protects the minority and the majority to the best of its ability. The constitution is in favor of a strong central government and the prevention of factions. I’m believe in a American government composed of separate executive, legislative, and judicial powers, and one which was founded on the authority of the American people at large, not on the authority of the state governments. The people should choose who they would like to represent them. Its important for all the states to work together rather against each other. The constitution is made so power is distributed equally. Dissatisfied citizens hold the power to remove politicians who they feel do not represent them. If the people are not happy with there representatives they have the ability to remove them from office. If t

Because each groups with the same ideas from all 13 states could come together and voice their opinions. If the states work separately the minority will always be the minority. It cost more money to support separate governments rather the one central government. The individual States, not yet united, were made up of various and often contrasting interests. Factions were fighting one another and making political progress impossible. The constitution is against factions which could very damaging to the our nation.
