In keeping with their rich tradition of making quality automobiles since 1897, General Motors has once again come out with a new idea that will revolutionize the luxury pick-up market. They have a specialized branch, GMC, which makes only pick-ups and trucks. Recently they have adapted the idea of creating a pick-up with four wheel steering which has changed the way we think of luxury pick-ups. Other than the new quadrasteer design, they have added a new, more powerful and efficient drive train, and improved the quality of the passengers experience as well. The Sierra Denali’s new concepts have set it apart from all of its competition.One of the new safety features included is the full time all-wheel drive system. The “smart-trac” system, as they named it, has the ability to transfer up to 64% of the power to the wheel that is getting the most grip on the road. The system senses when one of the rear wheels is slipping, then applies the brake to the wheel spinning too fast, which transfers power to the other rear wheel. If both wheels begin to slip it sends the power to the front axle for even more traction and stability. All this happens in a matter of seconds and isn’t very noticeable to the d

The steering wheel contains controls for the radio and the driver information center. The back seat features dual headphone jacks, a power outlet, and volume, station and media controls. The six-disc in dash CD changer is attached to a Bose stereo system with automatic speed sensitive volume leveling. The interior features all combine to give the driver and all of the passengers a comfortable and relaxing ride, even if they can’t agree on a single station or volume level.
